Why Choose Us
We specialise in the highest standard of childcare in Glasgow
We Specialise In The Highest Standard Of Childcare In Glasgow.
We know every child deserves the highest standard of care, that’s why at Alltots we provide a nurturing, friendly and trusting environment that we tailor to your child’s needs.
We encourage our children to take part in all the opportunities we provide to develop their interests, enthusiasm for learning, curiosity and creativity. Our setting is filled with authentic, open-ended resources that children can explore and investigate. Things like metal tea sets, wooden jewellery boxes full of treasures, wooden kitchen utensils, stones, shells and concurs. Our dressing up area has an abundance of donated clothes, scarves and footwear and hats that inspires interest and intrigue.
Outdoor learning is very important to us. We have four large gardens across our site that caters for all interests. Children can explore the garden and go on bug hunts, dig in the mud, splash in puddles, plant and look after fruits and vegetables as well as climb trees and play on the tyre swing or rope swing. Playing outside encourages children to become responsible citizens as they learn to look after and respect their environment.
Staff closely follow National Guidelines to support your child’s development, so they grow and learn in a safe and fun environment that we have created.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you into our large, happy, diverse family!

GoogleWhy do we encourage learning through play?
All children need to play. We encourage learning through play because it is the best way to support learning.
When children have plenty of opportunities to learn playfully, they do what they do best: pursue their natural curiosity. And, as they do, they build skills and aptitudes they’ll keep for life.
Children playing are like mini scientists at work. When they get to make their own choices, try out different methods and carry out their own experiments they’re engaged, use and develop their thinking and problem-solving skills, creativity and curiosity.
We ensure all opportunities are joyful, meaningful, engaging, iterative and interactive.
Messy Play
Allowing children to explore and experiment with a range of different objects and materials without any goals to restrict them. Messy play includes painting and playing with sand, water, chalk and playdough.
Sensory Play
Exploration by using their touch, sight and hearing. Sensory activities are not only fun and interesting, but they encourage children to observe, investigate and experiment. This helps their brain create stronger connections.
